BENEFICIARY: This limited warranty is only valid for the original purchaser or the person receiving the product as a gift, and may not be extended or transferred to any other person.
PURPOSE AND DURATION OF THE LIMITED WARRANTY: ASIO Evo guaranteed for a period of two years (an additional year may be added for a total of three years if the product has been registered on the ASIO Evo website) as of the date retail purchase by the first purchaser, that the product is free from any defects in manufacturing and materials when delivered in new condition, in its original packaging and when the purchase is made from a distributor or an authorized ASIO Evo dealer, and that it is used under normal conditions.
EXCLUSIONS FROM THIS WARRANTY: This warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, failure to follow instructions for use, accident, alteration or product modification, improper packaging or shipping procedures, damage caused by use with a non-ASIO Evo branded product, modifications or adaptations made to the product for use in a country other than the country for which it was designed, products purchased from an unauthorized retailer. ASIO Evo expressly disclaims any and all liability for, but not limited to, unauthorized repairs by an unauthorized service center and modification of the seal by removal of the screws. This product is intended for the intended use and for personal use only.
OUR COMMITMENT: ASIO Evo may at its own discretion choose to correct the defect in one of the following ways: A) repair the product using new or refurbished parts; (B) replace the product with a new or refurbished equivalent product; or (C) provide you with a partial or full refund of the original purchase price in exchange for the return of the product. Warranty execution can only be obtained from authorized ASIO Evo service centers and ASIO Evo at its own discretion.
EXCLUDING FEES: The warranty does not cover the payment of shipping, insurance and transportation charges to our address, as well as all taxes and import or other duties.
WARRANTY REGISTRATION: Failure to register the product does not affect your rights under the limited warranty. To benefit an additional year, the buyer must complete the warranty registration form at the time of purchase on the ASIO Evo website. Registration is a condition of additional coverage. Without the registration of the product or the original proof of purchase, ASIO Evo reserves the right to cancel this warranty.
CONDITIONS FOR OBTAINING LIMITED WARRANTY SERVICES:
- Contact our support team by completing our form available under the “Contact Us” tab of our website at asioevo.com.
- If your claim qualifies for warranty, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- A box will be sent to you so that you can return the product safely. A procedure will be included in this box.
- Write the return authorization number prominently on the outside of the box. A shipment that does not have a return authorization number when it is required will be refused.
- Ship the goods, postage paid, to the address that will be indicated in the procedure included in the return box.
OTHER CONDITIONS: THE TERMS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTY, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WRITTEN OR ORALLY, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ASIO EVO’S MAXIMUM LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ACTUAL PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY THE CONSUMER FOR THE PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT SHALL ASIO EVO BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHATEVER CAUSE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE REPLACEMENT OF INHERENT GOODS AND COSTS. This warranty is void if the serial number label is removed or defaced.
OTHER RIGHTS: This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that vary from your residence state or country. Some places do not allow the limitation on implied warranty or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
